ARF45 PRO Radio Modem, Wifi Gateway

ARF45 PRO Wifi gateway for connecting peripherals equipped with a serial port to a Wifi wireless network over a distance of 200m. The ARF45 PRO gateway is the ideal solution for connecting any serial peripherals that require enhanced security and optimum reliability during data transfer. Supplied in an IP65 case they are perfectly suitable for industrial environments.

Advanced "roaming" technology

Improved mobility within a wireless network thanks to advanced “roaming” technology: the capability of connecting to the nearest Wifi access point and/or the one with the strongest radio signal automatically and therefore transparently from the user’s point of view. Via this technology, users are assured of obtaining a reliable and uninterrupted connection to the network while having the ability to be mobile => An obvious advantage for applications that require mobility.

Auto Fallback

Auto adaptation of throughput in order to increase range. An essential advantage for applications in environments particularly subject to interference.

Easy to use and configure

On-board web server accessible via any internet browser (I.E., Firefox) to the ARF45 PRO. The option of creating a standard configuration, saving it in the form of a XML file and making it easy to duplicate to all the gateways at the time of deployment. With ARF45 PRO you get the option of inserting the product directly into an Ad-Hoc network or network infrastructure.

Secure data transmissions

ARF45 PRO can be used in applications that require a maximum level of security when transmitting data (Enhanced protection against intrusion into communications and respect for the private nature of exchanges) in fields such as robotics, logistics, industrial computing etc.
